We provide a cradle-to-grave approach to a project and will provide direction on and management of design, permitting, procurement, installation, closeout, and any permit-related submissions. This will include close coordination with the owner, designers, and licensing agencies (permitting is notoriously tricky and is a requirement) and will be managed through detailed planning and scheduling not typical in this market.
Docks
What differentiates Riptide is our experience and knowledge. We can look at each dock independently and find the best solution for the specific conditions. Each project is unique, whether it be the bathymetry, the soils, or the structure itself, so each project needs to be looked at with a fresh approach. Most contractors try to fit the project to their equipment rather than using their acquired experience to inform the best way of approaching each unique project.

Dune Walkovers
At Riptide Marine & Land Construction, we understand that safe access to the beach for an oceanfront house is paramount to a homeowner's enjoyment. These structures also must be aesthetically pleasing and have as little impact as possible on the native dune structure and the ecosystem that thrives in the dunes. We will ensure that your access is built to the highest standards to increase storm survivability and decrease environmental impact.

Sand Fencing
An oceanfront home is a significant investment that must be protected from the one thing on Earth that cannot be controlled—the ocean. A simple, cost-effective way to help protect your property is with sand fencing. If properly installed, sand fencing has low environmental impacts and, if maintained, will naturally rehabilitate the dunes. Riptide will establish and maintain sand fencing to maximize the native dune.
Vessel Recovery
